yesterday was my dad's birthday
so planed to go Shelaiton 喜来登 have dinner
my mom wish to go there for such a longt ime
her friend told her about and is a expensive restaurant
is really expensive
can compete with kl's restaurant
so we reached there, the captain told us was fully book, so no choice have to leave
but later on my mom think of book for today, so tonight can go there for dinner
but at last we cancel this plan
because now is CNY time
they just offer fix set dishes plan for customer
and those set dishes all are abalone, shark fins, sea cucumber dishes
please .... not i sombong
is i ate from cny day 1 till now FOR SEA CUCUMBER
cause my 婆婆，外婆，even my mom also got cook this
and is not cheap to eat at outside restaurant
my 公公 got sell sea cucumber, abalone
so know the price, and if really want eat, we can cook it ourself
our purpose to eat at the restaurant is beijing roast duck
is known for that, but now just can wait after CNY just got to eat

every year, when the time steps in CNY 1st day
is the time for our family to pray
this day is to pray 财神爷
is call as 接财神
after praying at home we will go to temple and pray
and 点大香
this year my mom, rachel and charlie can't pray, can't touch for those praying things
so just left me, my sis, ah wei, ah chee and my aunt
but went to temple time is just 3 of us pray
me, my sis and my aunt
we still can handle it but still ..... @@
up those 6 ladies are our family's 'thousand gold'
me is the jocker, environment improver, environment maker,funny girl
i got few names in my family
大笑姑婆，大家姐，傻婆
all of them skinny, tall and pak to before!
except me T.T
after back from temple was around 2.30am
talk awhile with cousin sis then went to slept
morning time we had 舞狮 come to our house
cause our family is sundries store
so have to invite 舞狮 to get a good opening year
don't know how long already i did not wake up early for this
when i small that time i sure will wake up to see 舞狮
but i already stop that for long time @.@
and in the 1st day of CNY we will only eat VEGE
haha
is vegetarian day
but mine is only for half day
cause i totally forget, cause i just realized after i ate biscuits
for long term vegetarian can eat biscuits
but not for short term
so i 破戒了
my 公公 and 外公 house was SO near
not even 1km
so 团圆饭 i will eat at 公公 house first
then next round at my 外公 house
same as last year
my 公公 house made steamboat
which i don't really like in CNY time
i prefer 外公 place (外婆 cook 九大簋)
and this year i spend lots more time in 公公 house (usually i'm not)
cause i chase those drama series with cousin sis
and we gamble also (lose!)
also play fireworks, firecrackers
play with CHILDREN
omg!
really can got scare by those children
they can keep on cry and cry and cry
but without tears
purpose is to get attetion
lucky i still can tahan
but the father already freak out
most important thing ANG PAO
is the day to start get ang pao
aunty and uncle ask me to stop get ang pao already

till today i'm still soaking in flour
customer's biscuits already done
and now is own biscuits
try 2 kind of new biscuits which is made by cheese
success~!
nice~!
but just do very little only
just try another new biscuits green pee biscuits
but
so ......... don't look nice for me
my mom also just made 1 tray of it only
haha
is so COLOURFUL the green coulour
the colour so scary , TOO GREEN already
i'll not touching that~!
haha
1st of all i don't like green pee and so not interested with that
oh ya~!
last week, i made kim chi (김치)
today i made kim chi soup
success too~!
even my mom also said i made better than her's
haha
is temporary stop for my full time biscuits gully job

i take leave MYSELF

because is TOO HOT at here!

soak in flour, butter, sugar, eggs
cornflake biscuitslook delicious right ^^
so BIG tin~~~~
chocolate chips~!
saw those nuts and chips~!
a tray of chocolate chips~!nice leh~!
GIANT CHOCOLATE CHIPSis the last 1 for today so i made that for myself~! ^^
i said already is really easy doing those biscuits
BUT
the thing is you have to repeat again and again for those same steps for every block of butter
every block of butter is a new round of the procedure
and we had use 21 blocks of butter
that's mean that i have repeated for the same procedure for 21 times!
and till this moment we had done the only 1 customer's 17 tins of cornflake biscuits and 4 tins chocolate chips and 1 more tin of pineapple biscuits that HAVEN'T DO YET!
own biscuits HAVEN'T GOT YET!
actually i'll be doing this every year at this moment of time~!
and this time my mom just accept 1 customer
u know why?
because this is a COOL customer
already told her that will raise RM1.00 compare with last year's price
she said no problem at all, as long as my mom sell it to her
BUT
the other customers that's my mom's friends, they will said
"wah! so expensive, cheaper a bit la."
"you got give enough ingredients?" (this is the sentence my mom most angry with)
why why why and why
ask ask ask and ask
so frustrated, irritating
not say lan si........
but already buy for so many years then should know that my mom not that kind of shark seller
will give you the goods that worth for the price
if not how to maintain regular customers
and those ingredients use by my mom is real ingredients! 真材实料 ah!
we use BUTTER and not MAJERIN
chocolate chips we got add almond nuts and walnuts eh~!
and is lots eh!
go outside and see, see you can find something like this not~! HEK~!
don't forget is fully handmade
need human power and time and things that cant be calculate by money
(haha sounds so serious tim hahahahahahaha)

suffer to get this
this is the style i can maintain till before i sleep
haha
don't know can i style back not
butter and flour days are sticking me NOW
wow is been such a long time i no came over here
huhu
i'm back in hometown now
is about 10 more days for CNY
my biscuits life start by TOMORROW!
will get sick with that soon
but this time my mom just sell for those regular customer which only 1 customer
hahahhaahhaha
cause the biscuits customer required is cornflakes biscuits , that the easiest
and because the prices for the ingredients are so expensive, is hard to sell at my 'kampung'
and this time my mom wanted to try some new biscuits, so i have to be with her do this 'experiment' together .....
today i went to cut hair
is been force by my mom, she said my hair is totally out of shape , like been bite by dog
so have to go the barber shop which highly recommended by my mom
the result not bad
BUT
the skills is totally CANNOT ~!
scratch until my earrings drop for TWICE
hair dryer knocked my head for TWO PERSON
neck and head been scratch UNCOUNTABLE TIMES by combs
and summore i went at the morning time, they tell me the morning session is fully book, asked me to go back by 5.30pm and made appointment for that time
ok when i went they, they asked me back isn't my booking at 7.00pm?!
WHAT~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
feel to...................kick their ass?shit them?damn them?
the person who cut for me is a super talkative, kepo woman!
pls la just cut a hair, she also use for almost 2 hours for that
what she do much is TALK & KEPO
OMG! really can't tahan her!
